Nationwide Telephonic Case Management

MedSecure’s Nationwide Telephonic Case Management (TCM) program is an early intervention, short term, cost containment service that coordinates care and facilitates a safe, timely return to work. Our professionals are highly effective in assessing the severity of injuries, negotiating medical costs and identifying opportunities for getting individuals back to their jobs as soon as possible.

Our Telephonic Case Management program is administered by a staff of nurses that is committed to providing clients with favorable outcomes and comprehensive TCM reporting. Favorable outcomes mean a shorter duration of disability and lower costs for care provided, while our comprehensive reporting clearly documents the savings from the services provided.

MedSecure provides TCM services for clients around the country. If a telephonic case requires field case management, clients realize additional cost savings if it is referred to one of our case managers.
