Nationwide Telephonic Case Management
MedSecure’s Nationwide Telephonic Case Management (TCM) program is an early intervention, short term, cost containment service that coordinates care and facilitates a safe, timely return to work. Our case management professionals give immediate and proactive attention at the onset of case assignment to effectively assess all aspects of care from onset of injury, recommended course of treatment, forecasting duration of recovery, work status accommodation, negotiating medical care and working with all parties to expedite return-to-work. Early intervention can also reduce overall costs to an employer and number of reportable incidents.
Our Telephonic Case Management program is administered by a staff of nurses committed to providing clients with favorable outcomes and comprehensive TCM reporting. Our comprehensive reporting provides detailed description of case progression as well as illustrates cost savings as a result of TCM early intervention.
MedSecure provides TCM services for our clients needing nationwide assignment coverage. MedSecure is also able to provide in-house case management should a claim necessitate direct case management involvement, resulting in additional savings to our clients.
