Kathy Shonquist dedicates to her MedSecure clients over twenty years of nursing experience.  Her areas of specialties allow her to effectively assess and manage her Workers’ Compensation cases.
Kathy’s diverse background experience includes Orthopedics, working in both research and clinical settings.  She also brings knowledge of OSHA requirements and compliance in a clinical setting, providing her with the distinction of Certification of Achievement in Medical Records Confidentiality and OSHA Regulations. Kathy also provides nationwide telephonic case management services and on-site Occupational Health Services to Nebraska-based businesses.

Angie joins MedSecure with over twelve years of nursing experience in various specialties, including case management services in Orthopedics, Workers’ Compensation, Insurance and Occupational Health.  Her unique experience as an in-house Nurse Case Manager for a large national insurance company gives her a unique perspective into each case and allows her to effectively evaluate and manage even the most complex of cases.  Angie continues to set and attain professional goals in order to meet the ever-changing needs in case management services.

Mendy Rogers, RN, CCM

Serves Iowa, eastern Nebraska and Nationwide Telephonic

Mendy Rogers joins MedSecure with over ten years nursing experience, with a current emphasis on Telephonic Case Management. Mendy recently passed examination requirements for her Medicare Set Aside certification and immediately began providing Medicare Set Aside reporting services. Her solid experience in Workers’ Compensation case management, utilization of wellness/health screening assessment tools, Long Term care, home healthcare and elder care management give her the knowledge and skills to provide the highest level of service to our MedSecure clients.

Rene Keller, RN, BSN, CCM
Medical Case Manager

Serves western Nebraska, northeastern Colorado & western South Dakota

Located in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, Rene received her degree in nursing form the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 1991.  A certified Case Manager (CCM) and resident of western Nebraska, Rene has more than fifteen years of experience with the physicians and facilities in the region.  She also uses her medical knowledge to instruct LPN students as Western Nebraska Community college and volunteers for the United Way of Western Nebraska.

Beth White
Assistant Case Manager - Billingual

Serves eastern Nebraska & Western Iowa and Nationwide Telephonic

Beth brings to MedSecure a broad range of experiences from having served as a licensed agent in Health/Life/Property/Casualty over the past ten years, serving as a Group Account Executive for a national insurance company, holding a position as Risk Coordinator; facilitating Workers’ Compensation claims for a local firm, and being bilingual in Spanish. Beth provides a diverse array of services for our clients from assisting in case management to providing in-house translation services as needed. Her diverse experiences, accountability to our clients and readiness to address the needs of our clients make Beth a valuable resource.
